First make a rectangle that's green on the outside and white on the inside for the head. For the hair make squiggly lines on top of the head that are brown and different lengths. He has a lot of hair. For the ears make c's that are outlined in brown and white in the middle. Next make small blue circle eyes, a smaller brown nose, and a skinny red smiling mouth. For the body, draw a rectangle standing up that is outlined in yellow. Make 8 brown diagonal skinny stripes inside starting at the right corner. Make a black belt with a small yellow buckle. Make a green circle with a brown dot inside, both above and below the belt. The arms stick straight out to the side and are purple with people hands that are black at the end. The legs are red skinny rectangles about 1/3 the height of the body. He is wearing black rectangle shaped shoes that stick out to the side with yellow buckles on top like the belt.
