1. First you make a green oval for the head.
2. Then you make two orange circles for eyes.
3. Next you make a red straight line for a mouth. Make a dark green nose that looks like an 'L'
4. Next you make lots of chicken pox on her face.
5. Then you make a slightly skinny green neck with chicken pox too.
6. Next you make a horizontal yellow line at the bottom of the neck.
7. Then you make a pink bow tie with blue dots on the yellow line.
8. Next you make a black short sleeve shirt.
9. Then you make a yellow tie on the shirt.
10. Next you make dark yellow arms that curve up. Put purple dots on them.
11. Then you make six dark blue wiggly legs.
12. Next you make black wheels with gray insides for feet.
13. Last but not least make twelve dark orange wiggly hairs with red dots on each strand.
