1. Make a thick blue rectangle for the body make it sideways.
2. Make a black circle for the head. 
3. Make four black circles with red in them.
4. Make the mouth red and smiley.
5. For the arms, make two yellow arrows and then color in yellow. 
6. Then make two black arrows for the feet then color in red.
7. Make a blue triangle on the head color in black.
