1. First make a lime green circle and fill it in lime green. 
2. Then make a teal thinking bubble under the green circle and fill it in teal. 
3. Make two black 'M's in the green circle. 
4. On the side of the green circle make two black gloves and fill them in white.
5. Make crazy blue hair on top of the green circle.
6. Do not make a mouth!
