1. Draw a large sky blue circle in the middle of the page.
2. Draw two black circles for the eyes on the head below the blue line on top. 
3. Draw a sky blue smile in the circle.
4. Draw 30 light blue lines for the hair on top of the head.
5. Draw a brown shirt under the circle for the body.
6. Then you draw two fat brown legs Don't fill them in .
7. Then you draw two brown circle feet at the bottom of the legs and fill them in.
