1. First draw a pentagon. Color it in light pink.
2. Draw an oval going up and down on top of the oval. Color it in peach. 
3. Then draw a red rectangle for the mouth. Fill the middle in green. 
4. Draw two black eyes and fill them in red.
5. Draw blond hair going down. Make a curve at the bottom of her hair.
6. Draw one arrow going left for the arm. Then draw a arrow going right. Color both arrows in purple.
7. Draw two arrows going down for feet. Color them in purple.
8. Draw a hat that looks like an army hat on top of the blonde hair. Color it in light green. Then make lite blue stripes going diagonal.
