1. Make a black circle for the head.
2. Make a green rectangle and color it in green for the body.
3. Make a yellow rectangle and put it on the left side for the arm.
4. Make a red rectangle and color it in black on the right side for a arm.
5. Make a brown rectangle and color it in yellow for a leg.
6. Make a pink rectangle and color it in gray for the other leg.
7. Make a yellow circle and color it in red for a shoe.
8. Make a black circle and color it in brown for a shoe 
9. Make a black hand and color it in yellow.
10. Make a hand with a black out line and fill it in red.
11. Make a black star and fill it in yellow for the eye.
12. Make a yellow star and color it in black for the other eye.
13. Make a red hexagon and fill it in black for the mouth.
