1. Make a medium dark green rectangle and fill it in green that goes up and down.
2. Put a yellow circle on top of the rectangle for a head and fill it in yellow.
3. Make two black eyes on the circle.
4. Make two dark green medium sized arms coming out of the rectangle with yellow a hump at the end.
5. Make two blue legs coming out of bottom of the rectangle and put one stiff black line at the bottom of each leg.
6. Make seven straight black lines coming out of the top of the head for hair.
7. Make a blue four point star on the rectangle. 
8. Make a black smile at the bottom of the face.
