1. Draw a light blue circle for the head. 
2. Draw a red rectangle up and down for the body.
3. Draw two light blue stick arms going up from the body.
4. Draw a light blue circle in the rectangle. 
5. Draw two blue stick legs.
6. Draw a green line for the mouth.
7. Draw three red stick fingers on each arm.
8. Draw two green circles for the eyes and fill them in green.
