1. First draw a big circle.
2. Then draw 4 little circles in the middle.
3. Then draw dots in the 4 circle.
4. Then squiggly lines on the sides.
5. Next draw hands on the squiggly lines.
6. Next draw rectangles on the bottom.
7. Finally draw dots for the mouth.
