1. First draw a blue circle in the middle of the page.
2. Then color the circle in.
3. Next draw three green circles in the blue circle.
4. Next make for purple lines at the bottom of the blue circle.
5. Next draw a green mouth.
6. Then make purple arms.
7. Last make turquoise ears at the top of the blue circle.
8. Finally color the ears in with turquoise.
