1. Draw a circle for the head. 
2. Draw a circle mouth with two fangs coming out of it inside circle head. 
3. Draw two green circles with a dot inside for two eyes inside circle head. 
4. Draw long red hair. 
5. Draw a neck that is peach in color attached to head. 
6. Draw a red and black dress attached to neck. 
7. Draw arms that are peach attached to either side of dress. 
8. Draw legs attached to either side of bottom of the dress that are peach. 
9. Draw red shoes attached one on each leg.
