1. Draw a light bulb outline.
2. Make two eyes with a line through them. 
3. Make a circle nose with two dots in it.
4. Make a mouth under the nose with four teeth.
5. Color the light bulb yellow.
6. The eyes blue.
7. The mouth pink.
8. Draw a neck with two arms sticking out from both sides.
9. Make a body with two legs.
10. Make a streak of lighting zapping the top of it with a cloud coming off of it.
11. Color the cloud gray and the lighting yellow.
