First you draw a medium size circle. Next color in the circle a dark red. After you draw fire on his head. Then you put two pink eyes. Next you put a light red mouth. Now put two sharp green teeth at the end and one square tooth in the middle. Next put a red neck and fire at the bottom, now you have a Sweety Elmo.
