1.Draw a big white oval. 
2.Draw a spike as a fin on the top and the middle of the oval. 
3.Draw 3 little spikes on the back of the fin. 
4.Draw a big white fish tale on the back. 
5.Draw 9 black and red scales together just below the fin. 
6.Draw chains on the tail. 
7.Draw one angry red eye.
