The Evil Tooth fairy
First, draw a medium circle for the head and color it gray. Make two brown circles for the eyes. 
Draw a line for each eyebrow.
Draw an open mouth with teeth and color it red.
Draw a yellow spike on each side of the head for ears.
Draw four red spikes on the top of the head for hair.
Draw a brown oval for the body.
Draw a straight line across for the waist.
Draw a green zig zag hula skirt.
Draw skinny orange legs with small orange rectangles for feet.
Draw skinny long arms going up with tiny hands.
Draw five fingers on each hand.
Draw three blue triangles under each arm for wings.
