Draw a green circle, but don't color it in yet. Then, draw two black circles as eyes. Then, make one pupil per eye and red veins in the eyes to make them blood shot. Now add black eyebrows. Make a nose with a snake face in it. Make a mouth with razor sharp teeth and a red snake tongue. Color in the circle green. Draw arms, hands, legs, and feet with black stripes color them orange and add three fingers and toes with claws. Draw orange hair with nine snakes on it and two tiger ears. That's how you draw Siger the half tiger half snake.
