Draw a square face with triangles for your 2 eyes, 2 fangs (two big teeth), and 2 ears. 
Draw a small rectangle for the nose right above the fangs. 
Draw a large rectangle below the face for the body with 11 ovals inside it. 
Draw two skinny rectangles below the body for the legs. 
Make two skinny rectangles on both upper corners of your body.
From the upper corners of your body draw a cape like an upside down "V".
Color the ovals, fangs, eyes, and legs green.
Color the hands and ears red, nose blue, cape black, rest of face orange.
Make a few black stripes on the arms.
