Monster of Jail

Here is a monster that will make your eyes bulge out of their sockets!
His name is the Monster of Jail! He has a round eye that has yellow and red veins. The pupil is a slit like a cat's eye. It has 3 grey horns on his head. On the middle of the horn, there is a big, red, X. The ling, thin neck has a jail cuff around it. A brown squiggly line goes down his back, neck and tail.
He has little arms like a raptor's. The Monster of Jail also has 3 claws. He has cuffs on his wrists and ankles. The brown squiggle is on his short arms, too. The 2 hind legs are brown with claws for toes. His cuffs on his ankles has a chain that connects them. The monster of Jail's tail is curved like a hook. At the end of the tail, he has green triangles. His mouth has 2 fangs pointing down. There is a little stained blood under the fangs. 
He lives deep inside Godzilla's left-over chamber, and sometimes he eats little lizards and full grown men.
