Mr. Viper's personality is very cruel. He is strong. If you get in his way, he will throw you in a nearby trashcan.
First, for the head, make a three and a half inch circle at the top of your paper. Then for the mouth at the bottom of the head draw an inch long line. Next at the bottom of the mouth make two triangles (unattached). Make some blood on each tooth, and on the left tooth draw blood dripping down. In the middle of the face draw a capital 'J''no line at the top of the J. At the top of the head make two mini footballs for the eyes. Inside of the eyes draw a line in the center. Draw the line straight up and down. Next, draw a half an oval on the outside of the head near the top for the ears. 
Draw a normal body shape. Draw the arms connected to the body. Make them point down. Draw green claws on the feet and hands. Make five toes and fingers. Color the body blue along with the arms and legs. The ears are red and the face is green. Make the inside of the eyes red. You've make Mr. Viper!
