1First you draw a head like a white circle outlined in black. 
2 Draw one ear on each side of the head and a circle outlined in black with one red spot in each.
3 Then you draw a little square blue nose in the middle of the head with a red smile underneath the nose and 2 orange eyes on top of the head.
