Draw a green square. This is the head. Draw three triangle grey spikes on top of the green square. Draw a little black rectangle coming out of each side of the green square. 
Draw two black dots for the eyes in the face. Under the eyes draw a black dot for the nose. Draw a black line in the green square. Draw two little sharp teeth coming out of the line. Then color the teeth white. Then draw a blue long sleeve shirt connected to the green square but below it. Draw two green pointy fingers coming out of each sleeve.
Then draw a little green rectangle on the bottom of the long sleeve shirt. Draw one up and down rectangle on the bottom of each side of the little green rectangle. Draw one normal size red circular shoe on the bottom of each side of the up and down rectangle.
Draw a brown ground below the shoes. On top right corner draw a sun.
