Pink Tutu Girl

My monster has a green frog head, a yellow crown, and she is wearing a red and purple ballerina outfit. The top part of the outfit is purple and the tutu is red. Pink Tutu Girl is holding a purple purse on her left red, white, and blue arm. Draw her right arm with three fingers the color of blue and the rest red with white spaces between it. Her left arm is gray and green. The middle of the arm and her three fingers are green. The rest is gray. In the middle of her head is a rainbow of confetti. The background of her face is light green. Blue and pink polka dots on the left side of her head and red and white checkerboard are on the right. She is wearing lime green pointed shoes. Her tail is purple and is standing straight behind her left hand. It is thick at the bottom and thins out at the top with four pointed feathers at the top. Her left leg is yellow with pointed hair coming out of it. The right leg is blue with the same hair. She is standing on her tiptoes.
