draw a medium sized circle for the head
draw a long way rectangle face up for the body 
fill in the circle and the rectangle in with scales that are blue
draw 2 straight line arms connected to the top of the body they should be light blue, there is one arm on each side of the body. The arms go up at an angle. There are 3 light blue line fingers at the end of each arm.
draw 2 straight light blue lines at the bottom of the rectangle. they are the legs. 
then put two small square blue eyes on the face 
then put a small round yellow nose on the face
then draw a red wide smiling mouth
on his head he has a big yellow cowboy hat
on his2 feet are small yellow shoes.
