1) Draw a white large white circle outlined in blue. Draw a small black circle at the bottom of the large white circle. At the top of the large white circle draw a little oval light pink Island . Coming out from the center of this little pink oval Island draw a miniature palm tree. The trunk is a small brown oval. There are three tiny green leaves at the top. There are 9 green snakes on the eyeball 4 on left of the Island and 5 on right. The eyeball is his head the eye ball is large. 
2) Under the eyeball head draw a long red snake body with black on the top. At the eyeball end of the body draw three short red lines, like a backwards capital E. These are the two mouths. Draw a dark yellow fist on the other end of the body.
3) Draw a dark yellow fish head coming out of middle of the snake.
4) Finally draw 2 short blue arms one at the top and one at the bottom of the snake.
