First make a large grey rectangle for the body. 
Second make two rectangles for arms.
Third make eight more rectangle arms on each side.
Fourth make neck, head, and then a stick off the top of the head.
Fifth make veins and heart.
Then make two rectangles for legs.
Then make three orange arms under the large arms.
