My monster is about 3 feet tall. It has little ice crystals on his head. His head is a ball and his hands and feet are connected to his head. His shoes are big. His head and arms are light blue, but his shoes are dark blue. He has two black eyes and a closed mouth at the bottom of the circle. Anyone or anything within the range of his breath will turn into solid ice. This is my monster.
