Round clown

First draw a large circle with a split in the bottom for legs , and a smaller circle for the head . For the body put little red, orange and, blue dots . Then put purple and green hair, and hot dog shaped ears , then yellow eyes . Short chubby arms . Don't forget to put black tap shoes . draw three balloons in his left hand . And black gloves .
