1. Draw a horizontal oval head.
2. Draw 15 black spikes on top of the head for hair.
3. Draw a rectangle dress under the head.
4. Draw two rectangle legs at the bottom of the dress.
5. Draw a circle at the end of each leg and color them green. 
6. Draw two green circles for the eyes at the top of the head.
7. Draw a small pink squiggly line for the nose in the middle of the head.
8. Draw a pink smile for a mouth toward the bottom of the head.
9. Draw two small black circles in the eyes for pupils.
10. Draw two small triangles for the arms, one on each side of the body.
11. Draw a big black X on the dress from corner to corner.
12. Draw a small black star in the middle of the dress.
13. Color the dress and legs blue.
14. Outline the head with violet.
15. Color the arms red.
