Blue Guy

Blue Guy is light blue with little squares all over his skin. The eyes are outlined in black and are big and oval shaped. The first inside of the eye is black. The second is dark blue with black lines through them. He has a dark blue nose that is shaped like a half circle facing to the left. His mouth is red. It is a simple smile with the bottom lip open in the shape of a U. The tongue is coming from the side from the left. It has a line going through it. The tongue is light pink. His face is a perfect circle. He looks somewhat like a bouncy ball.
