Icecap Cyclops 

Kathryn

Her name is Icecap Cyclops.
Her head is round with medium high spikes on top. In the middle of the spikes there is an antenna, instead of a circle at the top there is a smiley face. 
She is medium dark blue.
She has one, big thin eye, surrounded by a red diamond-shaped line around the eye.
She has regular arms, except she has no hands and one inch long spike on each arm where the wrist would be.
She has a little chest with a half-red, half-purple, 5-pointed star in the middle. In the middle of the star is a thin black line separating 
the 2 colors.
On the two side points there are two purple lines going down the arms. 
In between the two bottom points, there is one short line going straight down. Then two longer lines separate, then go down each leg. The legs are normal, too. That's Icecap Cyclops!
