When I was bike riding to school saw a bush move then out popped a light green monster it started eating garbage I followed the short green monster to a dump and saw a bunch of them. 
Here's how to draw MAD JOE: 
First: draw a can shape (3cm). Then draw 2 pointy, green ears on the top part of the cylinder. 
Second: put 4 red spikes for hair coming down off the top of the cylinder. 
Third: give Mad Joe googly eyes, and then draw 2 slanted eyebrows right over the eyes. 
Fourth: draw a big, pointy nose about a couple of cm from the left eye. 
Fifth: draw 2 arms on the side of the cylinder [colour the arms half green & half orange& draw 3 pointy claws]. Then draw a happy smile with 2 pointy teeth coming down from the smile. 
Sixth: draw big feet (like penguin's feet) with 4 claws at the bottom of the cylinder. Colour the feet black & a tiny bit green. 
Finally: colour all the body green but colour the pupils black. Good Luck!
