The first step for drawing THE RAINYDAY KING is make a big raindrop head, then color it light blue. Draw two eyes and color them red, a black nose that looks like a greater than sign, and a big black mouth. STEP TWO: Stretch out two long arms and work down to feet (make round). STEP THREE: Draw a raspberry suit that has the words 'King of Rain.' After that, draw a crown that is black and orange, a red cape on the back, and a orange staff in the left arm. Above his crown, you can see the top of the raindrop. EXTRA: Color background azure with two clouds at top and purple grass that says 'THE RAINYDAY KING.'
