1)Draw a circle for the head. 
2)Draw a pair of bear ears.
3)For the mouth draw a circle.
4)Put a half circle for the eyes and nose.
5)Color the head and ears green.
6)Draw a skinny neck and color it yellow.
7)Put a shirt on him and color it orange.
8)Draw a pair of skinny legs and color it green. 
9)Draw squares for the hands then color them purple.
10)Draw a pair of shorts and color them blue.
11)Draw skinny legs and color them pink. 
12)Draw a pair of shoes and then color them red.
