Put a circle for the head. Draw two blue diamond eyes and a smile with two big teeth on the bottom of the smile. 


Put a blue oval for the body. 


Put two arms with blue sleeves and five fingers. 


Put three legs with green pants with feet on them. 


Put red, yellow and brown mixed for the hair. 


Put wavy lines for the hair.
