First you make a rectangle body and color it blue. then make a little box outlined in gray write SHAPE fill it in blue.
Then you draw a circle head with square eyes color them red and a half circle mouth color it purple don't color the inside of the face anything.
Make14 circles put half on the head and half off color them in gray.
Make a long skinny rectangle in the middle of the body fill it in blue the same blue that you used before.at the bottom of the body make to dimands color them blue.
