My villain is the meanest person in the world. He grew up in a bad neighborhood and became a part of a Goth club. Don't mess with Crazy Bob.

1.First you make a head and put spikes coming out of the top of it. After you do that, colour the spikes in. 
2. Make the rest of the body parts. (Body, arms, legs)
3. Leave his shirt white and put some circling lines on his chest
4. Colour his legs in blue and then your done.
