1. Draw two circles draw a smaller circle on top of a bigger circle
2. Add two triangles on top of the smaller circle and add eyes.
3. Draw a rectangle on the little circle
4. Under the big circle draw four lines
5. At the end of the four lines add tiny circles
6. To draw the tail you draw a curved line then you add scallops.
7. Then you add blue and purple polka dots to finish Foxy.
