Start with a star that is about 4 inches tall and 1 inch wide. Color it green with orange arms, purple outlines on the arms. Put purple spikes around the sides and the bottom of the feet. Blue eyelids and pink eyes. A white mouth and white fingers. It's name is Mischievous Chilpstar.
