Make a head that is a green circle. Make a long tail colored baby blue coming out of the right side of his head with purple spots. Make two red spikes coming out of the top of his head. Make two arms with three fingers on each side of his body. Each finger has three small green spikes on the end. Make blue triangle shaped teeth in a grinning smile. Make one green eye in the middle of his forehead. Make a triangle for the nose. Make three red spikes coming out of his tail. On the top of his head, make yellow water spouting out of the top of his head. Make two pencil line legs with three brown bubbly toes at the end of each leg. Make two red rosy cheeks. Make two white wings with three spikes on the end of each wing.
