Mr. Blue Hair

1. First you draw a squiggly line but it has
to kinda look like a duck shaped head.

2. Then draw two circle eyes and draw
two little circles in the two big eyes.
Draw one big circle, NOT that big, under
the two circles.
Then draw two little circles inside it 
for the nose.

3. Then draw a 15 mm. mouth. Then at the
top of the head draw a 1 ' in. square.

4. Color until the right edge of the right eye. Color it yellow, then color half of it hot magenta, then color half of it sea green, and then color the rest of it carnation pink, then color the hair blue.
