Furry Bill

My monster's name is Furry Bill, and he is ninety-two years old in human years. Furry Bill works at Good Year Tire Co. as their Sales Manager in Grugerville. Furry Bill got his leg amputated at Good Year so they attached a tire as his feet. Furry Bill rolled off his own small quiet planet and landed on what's called Earth.

Furry Bill's head is a blue sideways oval measuring one and three fourths by one inch. The eyes are a fourth of an inch from the top of his head and the left eye is three eights of an inch from the left side and the right eye is a fourth of an inch from the right side. The two eyes are a fourth of an inch apart from each other and the green eyebrows are right on top of the eyes. The iris is orange and the pupil is blue. The mouth is thirteen sixteenths of an inch by one eighth of an inch with eighteen yellow circles for teeth, nine on the top jaw and the bottom.

Furry Bill's blue body is a circle three and eleven sixteenths of an inch by two and thirteen sixteenths of an inch. His wings are a fourth of an inch from the bottom of the head and are diagonal one inch by one and eleven sixteenths of an inch. The right wing is colored red and the left wing is purple. The left wing has two hundred-ten circles that breathe in oxygen and blow out carbon dioxide. Furry Bill has black furry hair that is one and five sixteenths of a inch by two inches and it starts seven sixteenths of a inch below the top of his body and one fourth of a inch above the bottom of his body. His huge black tire is three and one fourth of an inch by two and three fourths of an inch. Where the wheel should be it is one and five sixteenths by one and five sixteenths, but there is no wheel.

Now my only picture of Furry Bill has disappeared somewhere. Can you please help me out by using these descriptions to draw Furry Bill?
