1.First draw a head and color it's head green.
2.Then draw one big eye and small eye and don't color it. 
3.Then draw a cap on his head backwards and color it black. 4.Then draw his shirt without sleeves and just color it black. 
5. Next draw a hands in his pockets and colors it blue. 
6.Then draw a little hair in cap then color it yellow.
7.Then draw two shoes and color them black.
8.Then draw pants with pockets and just color them blue.
9.Then draw a chain coming out of his pants then color it silver.
10.then draw a belt and color it black.
