My monster has a square shaped head with 5 lines on it.
The 5 lines that are on its head are up.
It has a square body with rectangle arms, with spikes for fingers.
It also has rectangle legs with square shoes. 
The whole body is red. 
The eyes are white and triangle shaped. 
The legs are blue.
