Step 1.Draw a 1-' inch head, it should be a rounded triangle.
Step2. Draw a 5'-inch neck curved like half a rainbow.
Step 3.Draw a 4'-inch body, a big circle.
Step 4.Draw a 4inch thick straight tail. 
Step 5.Draw eight spikes on its tail.
Step 6.Draw four 1 ' inch flippers,2 on each side.
Step 7.Draw 2 eyes on the head.
Step 8.Color the eyes and neck light blue.
Step 9.Color the head and spikes black.
Step 10.Color the flippers and tail dark blue.
Step 11.Color the body lightly black and dark green.
Step 12.Draw small teeth on the jaw.
