First start with a round face. Make two eyes and a pointy nose. Next draw an open mouth with a long tongue sticking out. Draw a neck. Draw a spiked collar around the neck. Make two arms from the top of the neck. Make buzz saws for hands. Make a trunk. Next make two legs from the bottom of the trunk. Finally make wheels for feet. 

Read before you color

First color the spiked collar silver. Next color the face flesh color. Draw the top of the tongue green and the rest pink. Draw the trunk blue along with the arms and legs. Next draw the hands (buzz saws) silver. Finally make the wheels black.
