Draw an egg shape any size in the middle of the page.
Draw a line about an inch from the top of the oval all the way across the oval.
Then draw another line about a half inch under the first line.
Draw shoulders on each side of the egg going all the way down to the bottom of the page.
Draw a smiling open like mouth about an inch and a half above the bottom line.
Draw a vertical oval with a half inch above the bottom line of the top half of the egg.
Draw squiggly bubbles coming out of the oval inside of the egg.
Draw however many pointy teeth you want on top and bottom inside of the mouth.
Draw 2 circles with circles inside of them.
