To draw Billy Bob Joe, first draw a head that is shaped like an oval. The oval is 2.5 cm long and 1.25 cm across. At the top of his head, there are 5 little brown hairs sticking up. There are about 16 little black hairs growing on his forehead in the top 1/2' of the oval. Below the forehead hairs, there is a small space and then there are 2 oval ' shaped eyes in regular eye position. Each eye oval is about 3/4" long and 1/4" wide. In the middle of each eye, is a solid black oval eyeball that goes sldeways across the eye oval. On the outside of each eyeball, there is a red outline. The rest of the eye is white. He does not have a nose. In regular mouth position. There is a small red vertical shape that is small than the eyes it is outlined in red. There is a red tongue falling from the top of the oval. It is shaped like an oval only with a cut into the bottom. The rest of the mouth is all white. The whole face, except the eyes and mouth is bright yellow.

The body is another oval about the same size as the head. You can't see the top part of the oval because it is behind the head. He doesn't have any arms. He is wearing brown pants that cover the bottom third of the oval. He has 2 solid black suspenders that go from the neck to the top of the pants. He ha a red and blue diagonally striped tie that is hanging from his neck in between the suspenders.
