One Eye

My monster's name is One Eye. He is very nice, smiles a little but not alot. He body is green, he has one eye and it is blue on the outside and black in the middle. The outside of his eye is out lined in black. He has red cheeks and a red straight line for a mouth. He has blue spiked hair. He wears a square hat that is yellow on top and black on bottom. On his hat is a flower that has a brown stem, green leaves, the flower is red on the outside, blue in the middle and a little light blue circle in the middle. He has two thin green arms, the right one sticks straight out and his hand has three fingers that are turquoise outlined in green, and the left one hangs down, the hand is square, turquoise and outlined in green. He has two thin legs and duck feet with three toes.
