Mr. Applehead is like his name. He has an apple shaped head. He has two black eyes with a green dot in each. There are two scars going across his forehead. His mouth is two yellow squiggly lines connected at the sides. He has black three antenna on top of his head with black balls at the end of each. There is a yellow dot in each. His head is red.
He has a blue t-shirt with a big yellow 'T' on the front. He has short red arms with black arms with two black x's on each one. He has three legs and no feet.
